At Tail Waggin' Prints, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before buying.

Digital Downloads — No Refunds

Because all of our products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. This is because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed.

We take great care to show exactly what each product looks like before you buy — product images, descriptions, and previews are provided for every listing.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file you received is corrupted or won't open
• You received the wrong file
• There is a major error in the product that was not shown in the listing

How to Request Help

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at tailwagginprints@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll make it right!
